The Nice Dreamer is the transformation device that was used by Ginga Yumeboshi to transform into Ultraman Nice. It resembles like a watch but it actually carries candy which used to transform. Ginga opens the cover, picks a chocolate flavored jelly bean and eats it. Then he transforms into Ultraman Nice.
