The Energy Management Center is an organization that deals in the facilitation and protection of the new viable energy source Enetron. Its Special Mission Unit employs the series' protagonists, the Go-Busters, in their fight to keep the Enetron safe from the evil Vaglass group.
The Energy Management Center Special Missions Unit is located 70 meters underground. Its complex network of tunnels run 3.5 km to the west and east and 2.7 km to the north and south with a design similar to that of an ant's nest. It has an operations area, which, among other things, can track Vaglass MegaZord appearances and reconfigure when a Go-Buster MegaZord is in battle, as well as a weapons bay that connects to the Transpod. There are also multiple Buster Vehicles and MegaZord bases connected to decoy buildings above ground.
