UltraLive

The UltraLive process is an ability which Hikaru Raido and Prince Shou primarily use to call and transform into Ultraman Ginga and Ultraman Victory using the Ginga Spark and the Victory Lancer respectively.

Tomoya Ichijouji's Gunpad is also known to have this ability, but was never seen used in the series. This process' particular function is to transform the various Kaiju, Seijin or Ultra into their regular forms or transform into them themselves. The diabolical Dark Lugiel somehow transformed all kaijus and Ultramen in the greater Ultra Multiverse into Spark Dolls. The powerful Ultraman Ginga gives the Ginga Spark to a young man, named Hikaru Raido, so that he uses his Ginga Spark using the UltraLive power to bring the Ultramen and Kaiju back to their regular forms.

Publication Information

This mysterious ability makes his host able to turn the transformed kaiju and Ultras to their regular forms. It also grants the abilities to use the powers of said monster or Ultra either as a puppet or by transforming into the entity themselves.

UltraLive
  • Hikaru Raido : And his friends can perform UltraLive when their courageous intentions resonate with the Ginga Spark. Unlike Hikaru who already has the Ginga Spark, his friends can only use this process when a Ginga Light Spark is granted to them.
  • Tomoya Ichijouji : Found the Livepad, he gathered all his friends to test it and they were able to UltraLive into different variations of Spark Doll Data that were stored in it.
  • Shou : Victory Lancer also has this function variation, but it is still unrevealed if he can UltraLive into others aside from Ultraman Victory.
  • For reasons that were not revealed in the series, Hikaru and Misuzu had failed to UltraLive Ultraman Taro before. But Taro was eventually Lived back to his original form when he absorbed the collective courageous intentions from the Ginga Light Sparks of the people around Hikaru's school.
Ginga Light Sparks

Ginga Light Sparks UltraLive : By touching the Live sign of a Spark Doll with the tip of the Ginga Light Spark, the user can Ultra Live with it. However, it seems to vanish after the user is defeated/has completed his/her task.

Livepad

Livepad Livepad was the Spark Doll collection device used in Ultraman Ginga: Theater Special Ultra Monster ☆ Hero Battle Royal!.

Abilities:
  • Spark Doll storage : The Livepad can store Spark Dolls and allowed the user to UltraLive with the selected ones.
  • Spark Doll information : The Livepad can analyse data on a selected Spark Doll.
    • UltraLive : Like most Spark Items, the LivePad allowed the user to become one with the selected Spark Doll. However, once Lived, they would be sent to the virtual world in the device

DarkLive

Dark Lugiel and his minions can perform a similar process called DarkLive. Similar with UltraLive, it needs to connect with the hosts' intents, although DarkLive needs malicious intents instead of courageous ones. Ultramen called on using this process transform to their respective Darks. Dark Ultras do not appear to have a time-limit, since they aren't beings of light in these form.

An anomaly of the DarkLive process can also occur when a user of a Dark Dummy Spark has neither courageous nor malicious intents, as shown with Tomoya Ichijouji. In this state, Tomoya was able to use his Dummy Spark without succumbing to it's harmful effects and maintain his own will. This anomaly also caused Jean-nine's consciousness to return and the creation of the Gunpad, which Tomoya used to control the robot warrior instead of the Dummy Spark.

Dark Spark

Dark Spark
  • Main Article : Dark Spark
    • Spark Doll Transformation : The Dark Spark is famous for it power to transform any being, be they alien, monster or even Ultra, into a Spark Doll.
    • DarkLive : Like the Ginga and Dark Dummy Sparks, the Dark Spark can UltraLive with presumably any Spark Doll. However the Dark Spark's version of this is called DarkLive and it turns doll used on it into that being's dark form (if they have one)..
    • Dark Dummy Sparks : The Dark Spark has some unknown relation to the Dark Dummy Spark, which are pale imitations to it. When one is active the red stone on it can be seen glowing. Presumably they all come from the Dark Spark. When a Dark Dummy Spark is used, the darkness (minus energy) of the user goes to feed Dark Lugiel's power.
    • Possession : The Dark Spark can take control of a person that takes hold of it..
    • Dark Spark Lance :The Dark Spark can change into a dark energy trident..
    • Dark Energy Beam(Name Unknown):The Dark Spark can fire dark energy beam.
Dark Dummy Sparks

Dark Dummy Sparks Dark Dummy Sparks are transformation devices carried by Alien Valky which is an opposite of the Ginga Spark. The Dark Dummy Sparks seem to be inferior copies of the Dark Spark which turned all the Ultras, Aliens and Monsters in to Spark Dolls. Its light counterpart is the Ginga Light Spark.

Abilities:
  • DarkLive : As pathetic replicas of the Dark Spark, the Dummy Sparks can allow the corrupt minded to UltraLive with a Spark Doll and transform into it.
  • Mind Control : Those wielding a dummy spark are made slave to their inner darkness. They begin to act out on their darkest desires and/or inner insecurities, committing acts they normally would never consider. in some cases the user is literally being controlled by outside forces, mainly Dark Lugiel.
    • Spark Doll Corruption : Like Dark Spark, Dark Dummy Spark can corrupt Spark Dolls as well if the figure itself is a warrior of justice. In Ultras' cases, they would turn into their black counterparts.
  • Combining Spark Doll : The Dark Dummy Spark can combine any Spark Dolls to live them into one combining monster as seen in use by Alien Icarus.

MonsLive

First seen in the Ultraman Ginga S series, Alien Chibu Exceller and his minions can perform MonsLive, a process derived from the DarkLive process, and possibly from the Reionyx Battle Nizer's MonsLoad function. Exceller's minions can use a copy of this power via the Chibu Spark. Exceller's own variant however can be used without a Chibu Spark or any other device, wether he himself is his own Chibu Spark, or a modified device is implanted within him is unrevealed. Although it was based on the DarkLive process, it can be used even without a malicious intent.

Chibu Spark

Chibu Spark Chibu Sparks were robotic imitations of Spark devices that appeared in Ultraman Ginga S.

Abilities:
  • MonsLive : Like regular Spark devices, the object allowed its users to became one with the Spark Doll.
  • Power Inherit : An alien user of Chibu Spark can channel their powers to any Spark Dolls they Lived into. Such example was seen when Vorst channel his ability to duplicate to Gan Q and allowed Fire Golza to use his Paralysis Ray.

Ultrans

When Prince Shou UltraLives into Ultraman Victory, he can use Spark Dolls to equip Victory with the specified Spark Doll's signature attack using Ultrans, an UltraLive variation unique only to Victory.
