The Lost Driver was given to Sokichi by Shroud to aid him in his battle against Museum. She may have stolen it from Museum, as hinted by Saeko's reaction to Sokichi using it. After the death of Kamen Rider Skull, Sokichi, as a spirit gave his Lost Driver to Shotaro in order to become Kamen Rider Joker to rescue Philip from NEVER though the belt was lost during the fight. Two more Lost Drivers also existed.

Memory Drivers
Memory Drivers are a series of transformation belts that filter the raw power of Gaia Memories. Those who transform without the use of a Memory Driver but through the use of Living Connector would eventually be driven insane. Those who use Memories with no Living Connector would be severely injured at the site of entry if there is no Living Connector present. There have been three Memory Drivers seen in the series, and four different designs were built.
First Generation Memory Drivers:
Gaia Driver
Gaia Driver is the First Generation Memory Driver used widely by the members of the Sonozaki Family to avoid the corruptive nature of the Gaia Memories. It is considered a prototype Memory Driver belt for the later Generation of Memory Driver belts, as it was still intended to be used for Dopant transformation. Unlike the later Generation of Memory Driver belts, the Gaia Memories, when inserted into the Gaia Driver, are absorbed into the belt, behaving just like a Memory inserted into a Living Connector. Jun Kazu appeared to use a slimmed down, more advanced version of this Driver.

Second Generation Memory Drivers:
Double Driver
Double Driver is Kamen Rider Double's transformation belt, a second generation Memory Driver developed for the user to link with Philip to access his abilities, and the successor of the Lost Driver in terms of belt design. Unlike earlier models, the Double Driver uses two specialized Gaia Memories at once for even more power for the user. There is only one physical Double Driver, but when Shotaro places it on him, another Double Driver manifests itself onto Philip.
Due to having Gaia Memories used retain their physical form when transformed instead of being absorbed, the user is completely shielded from their corrupting effects, at the cost of further weakening the memories' powers when not boosted during a Maximum Drive activation. As such, the Double Driver's Gaia Memories are specifically selected for various forms of combat and powers thought to be helpful in a combat situation, to compensate for their weakness against Dopants at their fullest strength.
Functionality
By inserting the Gaia Memories into the respective Memory Slots on their belt buckles, Shotaro and Philip can transform into Kamen Rider Double. The Left Slot holds Shotaro's Gaia Memories and the Right Slot holds Philip's. When Philip puts a Gaia Memory into the Right Slot, he undergoes Soul Forward, sending his soul to Shotaro to transform both of them into Kamen Rider Double. The process causes Philip's body to fall into a comatose state.
Another slot on the right side of the Double Driver is called the Maximum Slot. When a Memory is placed in the Maximum Slot, Kamen Rider Double can use a Maximum Drive finisher attack. This specific slot is used for the Joker Memory to execute one of three different Maximum Drive finishers depending on Double's current form.

As long as the Double Driver is worn by both Shotaro and Philip, they can telepathically communicate with each other provided that both of them are conscious outside the transformation to Kamen Rider Double. The transformation into Kamen Rider Double will be canceled if both Gaia Memories are removed and none are re-inserted for a certain amount of time.
Third Generation Memory Drivers:
Accel Driver
Accel Driver is Kamen Rider Accel's transformation belt. It is a third generation Memory Driver given to Ryu Terui by the mysterious woman known only as "Shroud". The Accel Driver resembles a set of motorcycle handlebars. By inserting the Accel Memory into the Mono Slot and revving the Power Throttle on the right handlebar, Ryu transforms into Kamen Rider Accel. By squeezing the Maximum Clutch Lever on the left handlebar and revving the Power Throttle, Kamen Rider Accel can initiate his Accel Glanzer Maximum Drive finisher.
Unlike all other Memory Drivers that came before, the Accel Driver is built specifically to be used with the Accel Memory, and later the Trial Memory. While it allows the user to be completely shielded from the Gaia Memory's corrupting effects, it does so at the cost of weakening the power of the Gaia Memory even further, just like how it is with the Double Driver. However, this is somewhat mitigated by the added mechanisms on the Accel Driver and use of the Engine Blade and Engine Memory, all of which allows functionalities of the Accel Memory to be used to the fullest, in order to compensate for the power loss suffered.
Maximum Counter Trial Memory
Trial Memory also known as the Challenge Memory, is a special Gaia Memory that allows Kamen Rider Accel to become Kamen Rider Accel Trial. While in Memory Mode, the Trial Memory enables Kamen Rider Accel to transform; the transformation is complete once the light on the traffic light-like Trans-Signal goes from red to blue (with a 3-second countdown sound effect). While in its stop watch-like Maximum Mode, once the Maximum Switch timer button is pressed, Kamen Rider Accel Trial has ten seconds to perform as many attacks as possible, usually kicks and, on one occasion, slashes, before pressing the Maximum Switch again to activate the Maximum Drive.
If the Maximum Switch is not pressed within the time allotted, the Maximum Drive fails and Kamen Rider Accel's transformation is forcibly and painfully cancelled. To handle this, Kamen Rider Accel normally tosses the Trial Memory into the air as the Maximum Drive begins, pressing the Maximum Switch as soon as it is caught and declaring the time indicated when the timer is stopped.
