Under normal circumstances, the belt is usually kept inside a briefcase along with the Faiz Pointer and the Faiz Shot, and is assembled by placing the latter two devices into the holsters on both sides of the belt.
If the user presses End Call on the Faiz Phone or if the belt was somehow forcibly detached from the user, the armor dissolves. Among the three Rider Gears, the Faiz Gear was the most balanced and the least taxing. Though it was weaker than the other gears, it was the fastest and had access to various gadgets (The Faiz Phone, Faiz Shot, Faiz Pointer and the Faiz Edge plus the help of the Autovajin) to suit any situation, and various forms (Accel Form, Blaster Form) that increased its power exponentially when fighting against powerful foes. Its biggest positive among the Gears in the series is that it has the least negative side effects.

The Kaixa Gear immediately drains nearly all of the users' Orphenoch DNA after one use unless he or she has a substantial amount, while the Delta Gear has the possibility of making people addicted to battle. The Faiz Gear only drains Orphenoch DNA at a normal rate and has no other mental side effects. Along with the SB-333B Delta Driver, this belt remains intact even after Takumi's final confrontation with the Arch Orphnoch.

The Faiz Gear had less power than the original Delta Gear, but had a much greater functionality. Like most of the Rider Gears that Smart Brain developed, the Faiz Gear can only be worn by Orphnochs or humans implanted with Orphnoch DNA. Transforming into Kamen Rider Faiz burns Orphnoch DNA, so humans who have been implanted with this DNA will quickly run out and no longer be able to use the Faiz Gear. Humans with insufficient DNA are rejected by the Faiz Gear with the word 'error'. Orphnochs may use the Faiz Gear more often (in their human form only), but their DNA breaks down with continued use.
In the original Kamen Rider 555 series, its first known, and primary wearer is Takumi Inui. The Faiz Gear was stolen and utilized (all in different occassions) by Akai, Naoya Kaido, and Takuma Itsurou. Masato Kusaka used the gear once to trick Kiba and Takumi into thinking they betrayed each other. During the short time Takumi was going through a crisis, Kiba temporarily used the Gear until he returned. By the end of the series, the Gear was still intact.
Kamen Rider Decade
World of Faiz
- In an alternate version of reality where Kamen Rider 555 takes place that appeared in Kamen Rider Decade, the Faiz Gear is only shown to be used by Takumi Ogami himself. It was stolen by Daiki Kaito (Kamen Rider Diend), claiming it as his treasure in that world. However, he relented and gave it back to Takumi, allowing him and Kamen Rider Decade to defeat the Orphnoch. Kaito instead stole the unused Orga Driver from the ruins of Smart Brain High School.

Faiz Phone
Designated SB-555P, the Faiz Phone is a cellphone-like device that is in reality the control unit of the Faiz Gear, the primary storage place for a Mission Memory as transgenerator that powers the Faiz Gear or the Faiz Axel Form by dialing the activation code. When the phone is transformed into Phone Blaster Mode, it can be used for long range attacks. It can be combined with the Faiz Pointer to boost its abilities. It is also capable of functioning as a normal cell phone.
Codes:
- 5-5-5 Enter : This code allows for the user to become Faiz until he is a normal human. The code can invoke the transformation to Blaster Form. Not every human can use this function. If a normal human does this, the phone will not say "COMPLETE" but will instead say "ERROR", and the phone violently ejects from the user along with the belt.
- 1-0-3 Enter (Single Mode) : This code allows for Faiz to convert the Faiz Phone into the Phone Blaster and fire a continuous beam of Photon Energy for about 3 seconds. It has 12 shots until it must be recharged.
- 1-0-6 Enter (Burst Mode) : This code allows for Faiz to convert the Faiz Phone into the Phone Blaster and fire 3 round bursts of Photon Energy. It has 4 bursts until it must be recharged.
- 2-7-9 Enter (Charge) : This code allows for Faiz to give the Phone Blaster a five second recharge.
- 3-8-2-1 Enter : This code allows for Faiz to summon the Jet Sliger.
- Enter : This code allows for Faiz to execute an "EXCEED CHARGE" attack depending on the item he inserted the Mission Memory into, sending a burst of power from the Faiz Driver along the Photon Streams to the weapon in question, giving it a tremendous power boost, and in some cases extra abilities.
Mission Memories
Mission Memories are small metallic card keys which stores the information of the Kamen Rider Gear created by the Smart Brain corporation with the means for their nefarious purposes. These cards were first created with the three belts: the SB-555B Faiz Driver, the SB-913B Kaixa Driver and the SB-333B Delta Driver with the means to protect the Orphnoch King who was known for it's ability to repair the genetic breakdown that most Orphnoch suffered.
Later in Kamen Rider 555: Lost World and Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost, the Delta Driver was destroyed (and the Driver's wearer was killed) in order for the creation of two Emperor's Belts: the SB-315B Psyga Driver and the SB-000B Orga Driver, along with their respective Mission Memories. The information of the Delta Mission Memory are also inherited to the two respective Mission Memories as such, Psyga possess the blue-colored Photon Blood and Orga inherits the black armor of Kamen Rider Delta.
Faiz Mission Memory
It is where Faiz's armor design comes form, which is used to store mission data. When this card key is inserted into Faiz's devices, it turns them into powerful weaponry. It also allows the weapon to perform an “EXCEED CHARGE” after pressing Enter on the Faiz Phone.
Faiz Axel Mission Memory
It is stored in the Faiz Axel Watch. When this card key is inserted into the Faiz Phone, it initiates the transformation into Axel Form.
Kaixa Mission Memory
It is where Kaixa's armor design comes form, which is used to store mission data. When this card key is inserted into Kaixa's devices, it turns them into powerful weaponry. It also allows the weapon to perform an “EXCEED CHARGE” after pressing Enter on the Kaixa Phone.
Delta Mission Memory
It is where Delta's armor design comes form, which is used to store mission data. When this card key is inserted into the Delta Blaster, it turns the device into a powerful weapon. It also allows the weapon to perform an “EXCEED CHARGE” after Delta verbally enters the code "Check" into the Delta Phone.
Psyga Mission Memory
It is where Psyga's armor design comes form, which is used to store mission data. When this card key is inserted into the Psyga Tonfa Edge, it turns the device into a powerful weapon. It also allows the weapon to perform an “EXCEED CHARGE” after pressing Enter on the Psyga Phone.
Orga Mission Memory
It is where Orga's armor design comes form, which is used to store mission data. When this card key is inserted into the Orga Stlanzer, it turns the device into a powerful weapon. It also allows the weapon to perform an “EXCEED CHARGE” after pressing Enter on the Orga Phone.
