Beast Equipment

Beast Driver is the transformation device of Kamen Rider Beast, the Secondary Rider of Kamen Rider Wizard. It is activated when the Beast Ring is inserted in the left slot and turned it counter-clockwise, opening the front buckle that reveals the lion head inside. Using a ring in the right slot calls out the name of the Ring, followed by "Go", and a transformation chant for either a Mantle Ring or the Hyper Ring. Once transformed, Beast can use his Magic Rings in the right slot, allowing him to use Animal powers from his Inner Phantom, the Beast Chimera. When Beast turns the Beast Ring clockwise, he can perform the Strike Beast finishing attack. His finisher has 4 different variations depending on which Mantle he is currently equipped with. It also has a fifth and sixth variation if Beast uses it either without a Mantle or in Beast Hyper.

Publication Information

While wearing the Beast Driver, Nitoh is immune to the temptation of the Fruits of Helheim. When not transformed, the Beast Driver appears as an ordinary belt with a closed gate-shaped buckle. Unlike the WizarDriver, which can utilize any Magic Ring in its inactive state, the Beast Driver must be active to use any ring other than Driver On. Comedically, the Beast Driver can't scan Wizard Rings, since the rings can't be inserted into the Ring Slot.

History

Series Canon

The Beast Driver is found by Kosuke Nitoh during his expedition discovering some ancient ruins and meeting the Beast Chimera, who then forced a pact on the then dumbfounded Kosuke. To his utter surprise, several Ghouls were released within the cavern walls, but he managed to transform for the very first time and defeat them as Kamen Rider Beast.

When the White Wizard begins the second Sabbath, Kosuke realized he's the only person to stop the ritual, as fellow wizards have been imprisoned in order to unwillingly aid the White Wizard while the people of Tokyo are incapacitated by the magical energy being released. Kosuke goes to the ritual location at the center of the magic circle and fights the White Wizard, but is outmatched and defeated easily. When it looks like all is lost, Kosuke has a mental conversation with Chimera in which he realizes that there's still one thing he can do.ing to kill, telling the young man that he's free now and flying off into the world.

Kamen Rider Wizard : Wizard in Magic Land

The Magic Land Kosuke Nitoh created the Beast Driver based on an ancient book. Here, he never needs to consume Phantom Mana since Beast Chimera is his personal Phantom instead. While in a deactivated state, the belt can also scan normal Wizard Rings by scanning it on the front buckle.

Dice Saber

Dice Saber
  • Ring Loading Dice Saber
    • Ring Loading Dice Saber is the main rapier-like weapon of Kamen Rider Beast, the Secondary Rider of Kamen Rider Wizard. It first appears in episode 17. Because Kosuke doesn't have a Connect Wizard Ring, he instead pulls this weapon out of the mouth of his Beast Driver. When Beast spins the front part of the Dice Saber, it will spin the dice built into the Saber. After that, Beast inserts one of his Mantle Rings into the Dice Saber's back part to stop the dice. Then the number on the dice shows how many and how powerful the Animal Spirit summoned forth will be to initiate one of 6 different Saber Strike attacks
    • The power and number of spirits summoned are directly proportionate to the number on the dice. The higher the number, the more powerful spirits will be and the more spirits will be summoned. Number 6, the largest number, summons 6 immensely powerful spirits capable of launching attacks so serious that it can be considered a finishing move, while number 1, the smallest number, summons only 1 spirit, which is so weak that the attack is treated as nothing more than a joke. However Beast is capable of turning the 1 into a powerful attack by making the spirit grow to an immense size with force of will.
Saber Strikes:
  • Saber Falco : Summons 1-6 falcons that shred the target.
  • Saber Chameleo : Summons 1-6 chameleons that lash their tongues onto the target. This attack also has a single number version.

  • Saber Dolphi : Summons 1-6 dolphins that bash the target.
  • Saber Hyper : Summons 1-6 groups consisting of a falcon, chameleon, buffalo, and dolphin to rush the target.
  • Saber Griffin : Summons 1-6 griffins that assault the target. (Stage Show only)
  • Ganbaride : The Dice Saber is also among the various Rider Weapons used by Ganbarider in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.

Mirage Magnum

Mirage Magnum
  • Reflective Beast-Gun Mirage Magnum

Finishing Attack:
  • After opening the mouth of the Hyper Ring and inserting it into the Mirage Magnum's ring slot, Beast Hyper can execute a Magnum Strike attack called Shooting Mirage, where he fires Beast Chimera at the enemy as a beam of magical energy after the Inner Phantom comes out of the Mirage Specter screen, flies around Beast and then slams into his back, charging up the finisher, before Beast Hyper shoots the opponent.
  • Ganbaride : Mirage Magnum is also among the various Rider Weapons used by Ganbarider in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.

PlaMonster

PlaMonsters are familiars created from plastic models that are given life through the use of the Wizard Rings. They are first summoned by Wizard or Beast using their respective Wizard Rings, where they lay in assorted pieces on a tray. They then put themselves together and Wizard inserts the Wizard Rings into their bodies to keep them active. However, PlaMonsters have a limited amount of energy, and when it's used up, they disappear and leave behind their respective Wizard Ring to be summoned again. PlaMonsters can sometimes reconfigure themselves into a stronger combination.
