Faiz Damashii (Faiz Soul) is a Legend Rider form based on Kamen Rider Faiz's default form. Accessed through the Faiz Ghost Eyecon, this form bears a currently unknown helmet with a currently unknown faceplate. This form's finisher is the Omega Ulord (Faiz): Necrom activates the Omega Ulord function on his Mega Ulorder and performs a variation of Faiz's Sparkle Cut.
The Faiz Ghost Eyecon appears on-screen in Kamen Rider Ghost: Legendary! Riders' Souls! and is exclusively used by all three ghost Riders in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.
