Ryoma Ghost Eyecon

These Ghost Eyecons are based on fifteen legendary figures and can activate alternate Rider forms based on those individuals. All fifteen must be gathered together in order to grant the holder a single wish. They are originally sealed away in an object that pertains to that individual; once unsealed, the object is dissolved into spectral energy that forms into a Parka Ghost.

Ryoma Ghost Eyecon is one of the 15 Heroes' Ghost Eyecons, with its primary user being Kamen Rider Ghost. It shows the number 09 on its Startup Time setting, the Face Dragon Head displaying a Japanese dragon's head on its Transformation Time setting, and Sakamoto Ryoma's gun firing on its Move Invocation Time setting. In the Ghost Driver, it summons the Ryoma Ghost with the Persona Dreamer to transform Ghost into his Ryoma Damashii form, which grants him currently unknown abilities. This form's preferred Sunglasseslasher mode is its Blaster Mode.

This Eyecon was created and collected off-screen by Chikara Saionji, alongside the Goemon, Himiko, Grimm, and Sanzo Ghost Eyecons. It is currently unknown what item was used to unseal the Ryoma Ghost. Possessing the body of Sachinoshin Tamura, Ryoma is portrayed by Shogo Shimizu. This Eyecon is also used by Necrom to assume Ryoma Damashii in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.
