Before the transformation, the Dino Buckler can be used in battle as a knuckle cover for added attack strength. The coin is the vital source of the Zyurangers' power; it stores Gaiatron energy, a mysterious and perpetual power-source derived from Mother Nature. With its internal energy, the coin also has the power to heal a wounded person, although its ability to heal mortal wounds is seemingly limited. While inside their Guardian Beasts, the Zyurangers can turn their coins into Dinocrystals which help in the transformation process of Daizyujin or Gouryuujin. Burai's Dino Buckler was gold, and was called the Dragon Buckle. When Geki transforms into the Armed TyrannoRanger, his Buckler changes to gold as well.

Dragon Buckler
The Zyurangers can turn their coins into Dinocrystals which help in the transformation process of Daizyujin or Gouryuujin. Burai's Dino Buckler was gold, and was called the Dragon Buckler. When Geki transforms into the Armed TyrannoRanger, his Buckler changes to gold as well.
Transformation Sequence:
- Each Zyuranger removes the Buckler from their belts and points it (upside down) downwards.
- The Zyurangers twist their wrists to have the Buckler face right side up and press the button. This opens the plates and the coin glows.
- An energy grid wraps the Zyuranger in a suit.
- Transformation complete.
The sequence was redone from scratch for Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters, taking inspiration from Adam Park's Once a Ranger morph (with the difference that the suit forming effect is a magma explosion coming out from the Dinobuckler and then returning to Geki's body to form the suit rather than being formed by rocks breaking to reveal the suit like in Adam's Once a Ranger morph.
Dino Medal
Dino Medal is the main source of Zyurangers' power. Each Zyuranger has a medal with an image of his/her Guardian Beast carved on it (except for DragonRanger Burai, who has a print of a Dragon's foot on his medal). The medal is stored in a silver plated Dino Buckler, while Burai had a gold plated one. When Geki Becomes Armed Tyrannoranger, his Dino Buckler changes from silver to Gold. There were 6 Dino Medals, as well as 6 owners for them:

Gokaiger
The Dino Medals are the symbols that appear and transform the Gokaigers and Gokai Silver into the Zyurangers when they insert the Zyuranger Ranger Keys into their Transformation Cellphone Mobilates and Transformation Cellphone Gokai Cellular respectively.
Dinocrystals
Dinocrystals were prisms, generated by the 5 Dinosaur Medals, that granted the Guardian Beasts immense power. Although the 5 Guardian Beasts could be summoned by the Zyurangers without them, the Dinocrystals were needed to form their combined forms, first Beast Tank DinoTanker and then Daizyujin. The Dinocrystals also have the power to teleport the Zyurangers to their location.
Upon first obtaining the Dinocrystals, Geki used their power to bring the other four Zyurangers to his location, who had been magically trapped inside trees by Dora Sphinx, thus freeing them from imprisonment. Burai's Dragon Medal could be used to form a green Dinocrystal as well. Although it was never seen being created, Geki used Burai's Dinocrystal to control Gouryuujin within its cockpit in place of his own.
