Rouze Absorber is a special accessory developed by Kei Karasuma to bolster the Blade and Garren’s capabilities. The Rouze Absorber was designed to be a supplementary Rouze device to Rider System and specialized container for the top category Rouze Cards. Its system was designed to harness the:
- ♠J : Fusion Eagle
- ♦J : Fusion Peacock
- ♠Q : Absorb Capricorn
- ♦Q : Absorb Serpent
- ♠K : Evolution Caucasus
Rouze Cards and is only compatible with those cards. Initiating either Jack Form or King Form, modifies the Rouze Absorber with a signature spade-plaque or a diamond-plaque depending on the Rider using it (a spade-eagle plaque (or a diamond-peacock plaque in the case of Garren) for Jack Form; spade-Caucasus plaque for King Form). Though the Rouze Absorber is dubbed King Absorber henceforth, the modification, in either case, proves more cosmetic if anything.

Blay Buckle is a transformation device that Kazuma Kenzaki uses to become Kamen Rider Blade. It was the second Rider System developed by B.O.A.R.D. intended as a means to combat the Undead via the fusion of Undead DNA and human DNA. The Blay Buckle was designed for specific compatibility with the ♠A: "Change Beetle" Rouse Card and harnesses the DNA of the Beetle Undead.

This model utilizes the "Turn Up" mechanism to produce a stationary transformation screen, which initiates the fusion of Undead DNA with a human to produce the transformation. Coincidentally, the transformation screen itself can act as a deflective wall against assaults. The Blay Buckle is also donned by Nao Yasuda of Kamen Rider Girls, who represents Blade in the group.

Blay Rouzer

  - Blay Rouzer is Kamen Rider Blade’s primary armament. It's a hi-tech saber which serves as a weapon for combat and storage unit for Rouze Cards, including Proper Blanks. With built-in 'rousing' technology, this enables Blade to "rouse" the sealed Undead's power to utilize personally.
Jack Form Blay Rouzer
- Main Article : Jack Form Blay Rouzer
  - After activating Jack Form, the Blay Rouzer gains an enhancement in the form of a blade extension. Its extended length aside, all of the standard features and functions remain intact, although its AP Cache has been largely expanded.
King Rouzer
- Main Article : King Rouzer
  - King Rouzer is Kamen Rider Blade King Form's primary armament. Accessed when Blade transforms and forms within his hand, this sword allows Blade to perform Poker hand-themed attacks via his own collection of Rouze cards or lending from the other Kamen Riders.

Blue Spader is a motorbike developed by B.O.A.R.D. specifically designed to the aspects of Kamen Rider Blade's Rider System. The Blue Spader is fitted with limited Rouzer technology, enabling augmentation to certain aspects of its performance with different performance modes.

OOO, Den-O, All Riders : Let's Go Kamen Riders

Blade got on his Blue Spader, among many other Kamen Riders and their Rider Machines, to perform the All Rider Break attack which ended the final battle with Rock Great Leader

Modes:

Thunder Spader
- ♠6 : Thunder Deer : Activated with the use of the card. Once 'roused', the Blue Spader generates a potent electrical field which properly fends against incoming assaults. It can also be used to electrocute enemies with its high-voltage electrical barrier.
Mach Spader
- ♠9 : Mach Jaguar : Activated with the use of the card. Once 'roused', the Blue Spader's overall speed is increased by phasing into an accelerated time-plane.
