Blank Form is the default form of the 13 Kamen Riders when they lack a Contract Monster. It is much weaker than their standard form, though it is enough to keep them from disintegrating in the Mirror World. Only Ryuki and Ouja's Blank Forms have been seen. Ryuki began the series in Blank Form before he contracted Dragredder, and he also reverted back to this form when his Contract Card was stolen by Kamen Rider Gai. Ouja was reverted to Blank Form in Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final after Genocider was destroyed by Kamen Rider Ryuga. Knight's Blank Form is shown as a concept art in the book Kamen Rider Art Collection Hero Hen.
13 Kamen Riders
13 Kamen Riders are the central characters of Kamen Rider Ryuki. Thirteen Card Decks were created for thirteen Kamen Riders. They make Contracts with monsters from the mysterious Mirror World, a parallel dimension opposite to our own in which only the Kamen Riders can exist. The Riders draw on their monsters' strength in exchange for feeding them the life force of the creatures they destroy. The creator of the Advent Cards has only one rule: that there can be only one Kamen Rider. The others must be killed, and the sole victor will be granted a single wish, which leads to a conflict known as the Rider War.
World of Ryuki
In the A.R World of Ryuki, the 13 Riders (14 Riders, if Kamen Rider Abyss is included) serve as a judgmental system for law. When there is one rider left, based on what the rider thinks, he can chose if the suspect is either innocent or guilty. Such an example could be Natsumi Hikari, a subordinate who world-jumps with Kamen Rider Decade, was blamed for killing an Editor-in-Chief of Atashi Journal. However, this matter was resolved by Shinji Tatsumi, A.R.Kamen Rider Ryuki, using Kamen Rider Odin's Time Vent too take him back in time, along with Kamen Rider Decade, to kill the real culprit, Kamen Rider Abyss. Strangely, in the A.R. World of Ryuki arc in Kamen Rider Decade, the exclusive 14th Rider Abyss was not shown to revert to a Blank Form when his Contract Monster Abyssodon (the combination of Abysslasher and Abysshammer) was destroyed.
