Gai Advent Cards are the cards used by the Kamen Rider Gai in Kamen Rider Ryuki and Kamen Rider Thrust in Kamen Rider Dragon Knight (on this page, Ryuki lore is listed before Dragon Knight lore, separated by a "/"). In Kamen Rider Decade, a new Rider, Kamen Rider Abyss, also uses them alongside A.R. versions of the 13 Riders in the World of Ryuki.

- AP : 4000 : Summons Metalgelas to attack his enemies directly.
- AP : 5000 : Executes Heavy Pressure. Kamen Rider Gai rides on Metalgelas with the Metal Horn extended in front of him to pierce through the opponent.
- Nullifies the effect of the Advent Card of the target Rider for one round. (He has 2 copies of this card).
- AP : 2000 : Conjures Metal Horn.

- Kamen Ride: Gai : A Rider Card containing the power of Kamen Rider Gai. Used by Kamen Rider Diend to summon Kamen Rider Gai armed with Strike Vent. First used in the World of Decade to fight Kamen Rider Ouja and Kamen Rider KickHopper. Also available to be summoned by Kamen Rider Diend in Kamen Rider : Climax Heroes OOO.
- Metal Visor
- Metal Visor is Kamen Rider Gai's Visor. It is fitted onto the left shoulder and has a red horn piercing out of it, slightly resembling Metalgelas' head.
