Full Bottles seemingly contain the power of whatever object they are based off of, presumably as a byproduct of being purified from the Smash. Sento Kiryu has created the Build Driver for use with them in order to produce Kamen Rider Build. Two Full Bottles are used at once in the Build Driver, one organic and one inorganic. Any two organic and inorganic Full Bottles can be used, but each Full Bottle has a Best Match with another one, creating a perfect combination of powers. If they are used together, they create an especially powerful Best Match form.

Kamen Rider Claws uses only the Dragon Full Bottle to transform, by inserting it into an adapter called the ClawsDragon, and inserting the ClawsDragon into the Build Driver. Nightrogue and Bloodstark use Full Bottles to transform by inserting them into the TransSteamGun. Full Bottles may be inserted into certain weapons such as the Drill Crusher or Beat Clawser to activate special finisher attacks.
