Each Amazonz Register includes a GPS tracking device and a unique "secret code" number, but the signal only activates when the Amazon wearing it fully awakens. Amazonz Register also called Amazonz Bangle is an armlet like item produced by Nozama Pharmacy. They are implanted in every Amazonz' left arms. As a control device, its function is to inject drugs regularly into the Amazonz' bodies to suppress the awakening of the Amazonz and the Amazon Cell. The drugs in the Amazonz Register last for only two years maximum. After the drugs run out and the user feels the urge to eat humans surge, its blue "eyes" will turn red and it then acts as a tracking device to alert the higher-ups of the Nozama Pharmacy and the Nozama Peston Service Extermination Team. Without the drugs to keep the Amazon Cells in check, the Amazons will awaken and, overpowered by their instincts to consume human protein, turn into human-eating monsters.

It is impossible to regain control of the Amazon Cells of awakened Amazons again by using the Amazonz Register or the drugs. These awakened Amazons will have to be killed to avoid further casualties. Interestingly, despite previous claims regarding the drugs they hold, five years after Operation Tlaloc sees that many surviving Amazons still have their registers with blue "eyes" instead of red. Furthermore, instead of turning into human-eating monsters, most of these Amazons are unable to even bring themselves to eat humans due to traumatic experiences, suggesting that severe psychological trauma might prove far better suppressants than said drugs.



Gold Amazonz Register

There is later seen to be a gold Amazonz Register in the possession of Reika Mizusawa before being stolen by Mizuki Mizusawa, who tries to give it to Amazon Omega. According to Reika, this Register contains a boosted version of the suppressant drug found in the regular Register. It is intended to be put on Haruka to weaken him, forcing him to return into the Pharmacy, therefore saving him from Tlaloc. However, Haruka refuses to even receive it.



Neo Amazonz Register

Neo Amazonz Register is an armlet like item produced by Nozama Pharmacy. It is the successor of the Amazonz Register and was built sometime in the five years period after Operation Tlaloc. The only known users of this Register type are Iyu Hoshino/Crow Amazon and Chihiro/Amazon Neo. Unlike the original and the accompanying Driver, the Register is visually similar to the Neo Amazons Driver. Considering both components were meant as successors to their originals, it could be inferred that the similarities are intentional if not simply aesthetically complimentary.

In Chihiro's case, it is used for its primary function, which is to continuously inject suppressant drugs against Amazon cells, thus reducing an Amazon's desire of human hunger. A slightly upgraded version of this Register, which is capable to inject even more doses of said drugs, is given to him following his increasing urge to eat humans, though he refused due to him not facing the truth of being an Amazon. Iyu doesn't need the Register for this function as a Sigma Type Amazon are incapable of feeding on their own. In Iyu's case, this serves as a transformation device.

By pressing the beak of her Register (turning the eye color from blue to red), she can transform into her Amazon form. As the blue/red color of the Neo Register strikingly resembles the turning of blue-to-red indicator in the first-generation Register when it ran out of drugs, it can be assumed that the beak serves as an on/off button. Thus, by turning it off, Iyu's Amazon cells would be released from its suppression and subsequently transforming her. Iyu's Register is also installed with a program termed YBR19 by Yugo Tachibana, which when activated would begin to slowly destroy her body. This program was implemented to dispose of Iyu in case she deviated from her original purpose.



GiGi Armlet

GiGi Armlet is a mysterious O-Part of the Incas that was created 120 years ago as one of two keys (the other being the GaGa Armlet) that would allow the user of the two to rule the world with Incan super science. The GiGi Armlet serves as Amazon's power source along with being the only thing keeping him alive. Grafted unto his left arm, Daisuke is originally unaware of the Armlet's true power until he found the Quipu that revealed it.

World of Amazon

GiGi Armlets remains cosmetically the same as the original while the GaGa Armlet is golden. A traveler named Daisuke Yamamoto wears it, aware that his life is in danger if it is removed from him. After Dai-Shocker invaded his world, he met Tsukasa's group and helps them escape the monsters and the townspeople. Trying to befriend a young boy named Masahiko, he ends up loosing his armlet when the boy was tricked by Dai-Shocker into stealing it from him.

Kamen Rider Decade : All Riders vs Dai-Shocker

Daiki Kaito was late to the Rider Battle tournament, only participating in the final battle, as, being a treasure hunter, he was busy stealing the GiGi Armlet from Amazon, who was defeated by Decade in the Rider Battle. As the Kamen Riders of the past took their leave from the World of Decade after the battle between All Riders and Dai-Shocker, Diend gave the GiGi Armlet back to Amazon, who was grateful and acknowledged Diend as a friend.



GaGa Armlet

GaGa Armlet is a mysterious O-Part of the Incas that was created 120 years ago as one of two keys, along with the GiGi Armlet, that would allow the user of the two to rule the world with Incan super science. The original Gaga Armlet bears a striking resemblance with its twin counterpart, the GiGi Armlet, with only the snout of the figure facing upward instead. In the last episode, Amazon combined it with his Gigi Armlet and was given a power-up that made him immune to even Great Emperor Zero's lance.

World of Amazon

In the A.R. World of Amazon, the GaGa Armlet was gold in color and had a design similarly found in Inca Architecture. It is possessed by the Ten-Faced Demon and ruler of Geddon, Llumu Qhimil who, like the original, seeks the GiGi Armlet possessed by Amazon to possess the complete ancient Incan powers. Briefly achieving such power when he is given the GiGi Armlet taken from Amazon by Masahiko, Llumu Qhimil demonstrates the ability to turn humans into monsters instantly. However, once Masahiko realises his actions, he takes the GiGi Armlet off the Ten-Faced Demon and gives it back to Amazon.

  • This card arms Decade Complete Form with the GaGa Armlet after Diend steals it from Llumu Qhimil, attaching to his right arm and giving Decade a portion of the ancient Inca artifact's energy.

Final Attack Ride : Amazon

  • This card transfers the GaGa Armlet from Decade to Amazon's right arm, and allows Amazon to perform the Super Dai Setsudan attack, used to destroy Llumu Qhimil.
