Guardians’ Secret Stonesare a set of amber stones containing the remains of the Guardians, a group of thirteen lesser Zyudenryu who supported the Ten Great Zyudenryu in their fight against the Deboss Army. They were all killed during the height of Deboss' attack on the dinosaurs by Great Land Devil Gadoma. Their deaths caused their leader, Zyudenryu Bragigas, to turn their spiritual forms into the Secret Stones with the tears he had shed out of grief and Bragigas enraged by Deboss' tricks then used the forbidden Gigant Cannon to impales Gadoma and defeat Deboss.
Sadly as result, Bragigas sealed along with Gadoma. Once Bragigas and Gadoma were sealed in what would later be Lake Mado, the 13 Lost Stones were then scattered all over the globe. When all 13 were collected, they were used to retrieve Bragigas from the depths of Lake Mado. As thanks, Bragigas returned to Ian and Daigo their Stones.

11. Deinochaser
- 6 yellow Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Deinonychus. Each of the primary Kyoryugers has one copy of this battery, which allows them to summon a Deino and Chase Zyudenryu pair that combine into the DeinoChaser motorcycle, found by Tessai
- #11 Deinochaser Zyudenchi : Deinochaser are the Kyoryugers' motorcycles that form when 2 Deinonychus-themed Zyudenryu of the yellow Deinos Tribe and the black Chase Tribe are combined using the Deinochaser Zyudenchi.
- 3 orange Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Deinosuchus. It equips a Kyoryuger in Armed Mode with the Deinosgrander armor. When first used in the Gaburivolver, it made a disasterous backfire, making Ian fly backwards in a spinning manner, found by Dantetsu and Daigo
- #12 Deinosgrander Zyudenchi : Deinosgrander is a powerful Zyudenchi that requires a physical body to use. Its powers lies in the use of the Armed Mode of a Kyoryuger, which grants the user the Deinosgrander armor, which consists of double gold spike armors on both arms and claws on the hands in the stylized image of Deinosgrander's head, with the longer upper jaw acting as the left claw, and the smaller bottom jaw acting as the right claw. When the Deinosgrander claws are clutched together and the Gaburivolver's trigger is pulled, the user can drill through layers of solid rock, as well as underground, in a fashion similar to the "death-roll" technique crocodilians use.
- 3 aqua Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Kentrosaurus. It is used to combine the primary Kyoryugers' individual weapons into the Kentrospiker javelin. If used in a Gaburivolver, it would create a disastrous backfire, worn by Daigo.
- #13 Kentrospiker Zyudenchi : Kentrospiker is the combination of all the main Kyoryugers' personal weapons with the use of the Kentrospiker Zyudenchi. It forms a giant javelin used to perform the team's finisher, where Kyoryu Red throws it with all of his might. In Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters, the Kentrospiker is combined with the Zyurangers' Howling Cannon and Abarangers' Dino Bomber to form the Ultimate Howling Cannon.
- 3 magenta Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Styracosaurus. When used in a Gaburivolver, it makes anyone it hits become deeply infatuated with the first person they see, found by Ramirez.
- 3 crimson Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Allosaurus. When used in a Gaburivolver or in Gabutyra/Kyoryuzin, it fires scorching flames that can reach up to 6,800°C (12,272°F), worn by Daigo
- 3 indigo Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Seismosaurus. When used in Gabutyra, it allows him to extend his neck as long as he wills it, found by Ramirez.
- 3 vermilion Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Oviraptor. When used in Kyoryuzin, it makes Gabutyra emit gas from his rump to disorient a foe. When used in a Gaburivolver, the gas can be used as a foul-smelling smokescreen, which comes out of the back of the Gaburivolver's grip, found by Dantetsu
- 3 lavender Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Iguanodon. When used in a Gaburivolver, it makes anyone it hits gain the sensation that someone is tickling them. If someone makes a joke should the target resist laughing, the effects will intensify to the point of where they can't help but to laugh, then are knocked out, found by Dantetsu
- 3 white Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Tupandactylus. When used in a Gaburivolver, it makes anything and anyone hit by it flat like paper, able to fit through narrow spaces, found by Dantetsu
- 3 lime green Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Ammonite. When used in a Gaburivolver, it makes anyone it hits become dizzy to the point of passing out once a Kyoryuger spins their finger in a spiral pattern, found by Dantetsu
- 3 cobalt Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Archelon. When used in a Gaburivolver, it fires a gravity field which slows down anyone trapped in it, including the user, found by Dantetsu.
- 3 scarlet Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Fukuiraptor. When used in a Gaburivolver, it makes anything it hits inflate to a balloon-like shape that can bounce high into the air, found by Dantetsu.
- 3 light-gray Zyudenchi holding the Kyoryu Spirit of the Futabasaurus. When used in a Gaburivolver, it creates a clone of whoever it hits. It was first used in Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Z, found by Dogold.
- A 14th Stone; it contains nothing, but it was the final step the Kyoryugers needed in reviving Bragigas. It was found by Shiro Mifune and Ian, but Aigaron had taken the stone sometime during the revival of the Deboss Army in modern times. Ian later took back the stone from Aigaron with the help of the Deinosgrander Zyudenchi and his fellow Kyoryugers.
