Meteor Driver

- Meteor Driver is a belt that gives Ryusei Sakuta the ability to become Kamen Rider Meteor. To transform, Ryusei inserts the Meteor Switch into the Switch Socket, pulls the Waiting Trigger back, and pushes down the blue and spherical Enter Lever, resulting in him being hit by Cosmic Energy from the M-BUS satellite.
- However if the M-BUS satellite is unresponsive for whatsoever reason (i:e Tachibana did not authorize it), the transformation will not initiate. By switching on the Meteor Switch and rotating the Celestial Drive Unit, Kamen Rider Meteor can perform two different Rider Kick Limit Break attacks. One is a flying side kick called Meteor Strike and the second is a spinning kick called Meteor Tornado. While in Meteor Storm form, Meteor can use a stronger version of the Meteor Strike called Meteor Storm Strike. Meteor can also insert Fourze's Circle Basement-orentated Astroswitches into the Meteor Driver, replacing the Meteor Switch"
- Elek : Amplifies Meteor's attacks by supplementing them with electricity. It also gives him an electric variation of the Meteor Strike.
- Fire : Amplifies Meteor's attacks by supplementing them with flames. It also gives him a fiery variation of the Meteor Tornado.
- N Magnet : Amplifies Meteor's attacks by supplementing them with electromagnetic energy. It also allows him to tag-team with Fourze Magnet States to execute the Rider Super Electromagnetic Strike Limit Break.

- Fingerprint Authentication Brace Meteor Galaxy is Kamen Rider Meteor's personal weapon, as well as Kamen Rider Fourze's secondary weapon in Meteor Fusion States, which is attached onto the right wrist. It first appears in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max, and then made its TV debut in episode 16.
- On the Meteor Galaxy, there are three switches known as Galaxy Levers representing three of the eight planets in our solar system, which acts similar to Astroswitches by using Cosmic Energy to enhance Kamen Rider Meteor's powers by adding armaments. By turning the levers on and touching the touch panel, Kamen Rider Meteor can access special abilities via Cosmic Energy after first projecting the planet. By inserting the Meteor Switch into the Meteor Galaxy and switching it on, Kamen Rider Meteor can perform the Starlight Shower Limit Break, where Meteor hits a Zodiarts with fast yet hard jabs, all while making his punches look like comets.
- The voice used on the Meteor Galaxy and Driver is similar to one used by a computer's, but sounding more English-savvy and clearer than Fourze's:
- Mars Lever : The Mars Lever allows Kamen Rider Meteor to activate the Mars Breaker, Meteor is armed with the Mars Planet on his right arm, allowing him to deliver fire punches with a surface of 800 °C (1,470 °F).
- Jupiter Lever : The Jupiter Lever allows Kamen Rider Meteor to activate the Jupiter Hammer, Meteor is armed with the Jupiter Planet on his right arm, enhancing his punching power tremendously. It can also deflect fire-based attacks when pushed to the limit.
- Saturn Lever : The Saturn Lever allows Kamen Rider Meteor to activate the Saturn Sorcery, where Meteor summons the Saturn Planet and project violet-colored copies of it's planetary rings to act as guided boomerangs. First used in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max.

- Luminescent Revolving Meteor Storm Shaft is Kamen Rider Meteor Storm's main weapon, which is a gun rod-like weapon. It first appears in episode 28. By inserting the Meteor Storm Switch into the Meteor Storm Shaft, followed by inserting the hand rubber puller into the Switch and pulling out it out.
- Cosmic Energy is gathered in the top-like part of the Storm Shaft, converting it into kinetic energy and causing the Meteor Storm Switch's fan-blade to spin. By releasing the Switch's fan-blade on the shaft, Meteor Storm can perform the finisher Meteor Storm Punisher, where the Storm Topper travels on the ground, leaving a carved trail as it heads to the target, then cleaves through it with no problem.
- Unlike Fourze's finishers, the Meteor Storm Punisher is able to contain the strong explosion emitted by the Supernova state of the Cancer Zodiarts that can destroy the entire city. This is because the Topper absorbs the power of the target Zodiarts and converts it into kinetic energy, allowing Meteor to destroy the Horoscopes without causing a city-endangering explosion.

- Machine Meteorstar is Kamen Rider Meteor's personal satellite-based motorcycle which is compatible with the Power Dizer. The bike's official name is MBM3000X. It is similar to the Machine Massigler, in that it uses hydrogen as fuel. However, it is faster and lighter compared to the Massigler.
- It can also fire beams of Cosmic Energy from the face and be controlled remotely by M-BUS. Despite being remotely controlled, but it can also be easily manned and "hijacked" by anyone. In one episode, Tachibana used it against Fourze in a training match but the latter quickly used it against him.
