Double Typhoon Kamen Rider V3's first and foremost weapon, the transformation belt "Double Typhoon". Shiro Kazami transforms into V3 by performing the "Henshin", a series of moves which activates the 2 revolving pistons of the Double Typhoon, and then converts the accumulated wind energy to transform Kazami into Kamen Rider V3.

Kamen Rider V3 is powered by the energies of the right "Kamen Rider No.1 Typhoon" and the left "Kamen Rider No.2 Typhoon". This allows V3 to utilize both the "Skill" of No.1 and the "Strength" of No.2. It is thinkable that like V3 who is sometimes considered a modified version of his predecessors, the Double Typhoon is considered the same to the original Typhoons.

Hurricane is V3's motorcycle which was used in his rider form. It can execute the Hurricane Dash and the Hurricane Last Das in mid-air. This motorcycle can also fly over long distances.

History

V3 made his appearance riding the Hurricane with the Double Riders on their New Cyclone bikes through a dimensional wall, as all the other Kamen Riders marched behind them on foot, when Decade and Diend were at the mercy of the Dai-Shocker army.

V3 got on the Hurricane, among many other Kamen Riders and their Rider Machines, to perform the All Rider Break attack which ended the final battle with Rock Great Leader.
