Necrom Ghost Eyecon is Kamen Rider Necrom's personal Ghost Eyecon. It is different from Ghost and Specter's Ghost Eyecons in that it only has the blank Quad Iris setting. In the Mega Ulorder, it summons the Necrom Ghost to transform Necrom into Necrom Damashii, which grants him the ability to control nearby Gamma Commandos, and also the ability of liquefaction. When used in a Ghost Driver, it subjugates the Ghost Driver user, putting him under Alain's control as shown with Necrom Specter. This control can only be broken when the Eyecon is forcibly removed from the driver.
Its Omega Ulord finisher is the Necrom Destroy, a flying kick that uses spiritual energy which makes the body and mask of Necrom's form glow and envelops him in a green flame. A variation of this finisher is a powerful punch.
- In episode 22, he is also shown to perform a Rider Shooting attack, where he fires a beam of green energy from his hands.
- In episode 20, Necrom Specter used the Gan Gun Hand in Gun Mode to create a powerful blast. He was aiming at Takeru but Gazai Gamma took the blast.
