Specter Ghost Eyecon is Kamen Rider Specter's personal Ghost Eyecon. It shows the letter S on its Startup Time setting, the Face Berserk displaying Specter's face its Transformation Time setting, and a boot with energy surrounding it on its Move Invocation Time setting. At this time, it is unknown how Specter initially acquired this Eyecon.
In the Ghost Driver, it summons the Specter Ghost with the Persona Berserk to transform Specter into his default Specter Damashii form, which grants him superhuman speed. This form's compatible Gan Gun Hand mode is its Rod Mode.
Its Omega Drive finisher is the Omega Drive (Specter), a flying kick that uses spiritual energy which makes the body and mask of Specter's form glow and envelops him in a blue flame. This attack is stronger compared to Ghost Ore Damashii's Omega Drive, rendering the latter untransformed and Specter unharmed.
